The properties are easily accessed by driving 3 miles from Creede on a well maintained county road, followed by 1-1/2 miles of 4WD road (about 1/2 mile is steep). The more difficult section of the road enhances the privacy of the properties by minimizing traffic. Mineral County plows the road from Creede to the 4WD section in the winter.
